100 Club Calculator

A 100 Club sells numbered memberships at a fixed price and draws a winner every month for the length of the season. It is the easiest fundraiser to sell to people outside the team, because there is nothing to understand: you buy a number, and your number might come up. This works out the gross from your memberships and price, subtracts the prizes you plan to pay each month, and shows what actually reaches the program.

Questions people ask

How big should the prizes be?

Big enough to sell memberships and small enough to leave real money behind. A common shape is three prizes a month totalling around a quarter of the monthly take.

100 members or 300?

Whatever you can genuinely sell. A sold-out 100 Club beats a half-empty 300 Club — an unsold number is not just missing income, it visibly dampens the draw.

Is this a raffle?

Rules vary by state and by how you run it. Check your local charitable-gaming rules before you sell; most youth programs are fine, but it is worth two minutes to confirm.

Want us to run it for you?

We handle the selling, the collecting, the chasing and the scoring — numbers draw themselves, winners are worked out from the real scoreboard, and everyone can see the board on their phone. You keep 100% of what you raise.
